Our customer's account required a minimum balance to avoid a service charge. Since the balance dropped below the minimum, monthly service charges overdrew the account causing additional fees. We have contacted our customer by phone to discuss...

the terms of the account. All fees and service charges have been reversed and the account has been changed to a free account. A letter was also mailed at the customer's request.

[redacted] , with FCB called and was very professional , kind and assured me that the account I was given was the wrong type for me and that she was reversing all charges and restoring the account balance . FCB needs to have more employees like [redacted] and they will have more customers . Thanks to the Revdex.com and [redacted] for taking care of this problem .
