On September I emailed the *** and the property that I was moving outI mailed them my keys and tracking showed that they were delivered Saturday September 10, at 10:a.mI get an email from *** stating she did not get my keys until that following Monday which is a lieI was sent a statement with the incorrect due date so I called spoke with *** and said $would be removedI get a phone call back saying *** told her there was nothing she could do and the $dollars stays on thereI then asked who is *** boss because every time I call her she never answers the phone for me and emails weeks later and lies*** begins to yell at me and I told her this is not good customer service and was told I am not a customer because I do not live here anymorePrior to this my lease was up and I turned my paperwork in and the same day I asked for the paper back and was told no because my paperwork was processed although it wasn'tI should not be responsible s
