confirmed that the fence is not on the complainants property.  The neighbor was not provided an inaccurate survey. There was also a typographical error on the survey provided to the complainant 10 years ago. Although it was 10 years ago, out of good faith and good customer relations we corrected the typo and provided new surveys. As the complainant stated there are on going issues between the 2 neighbors which has nothing to do with us. The reason the fence was installed is because of the issues the neighbors have had with one another for sometime.
