e-mailed by our production manager the day she filed the complaint.  It was our desire and intent to speak with her personally to resolve this matter.  The customer restricted work schedule by only allowing us on weekends.  Deadline was missed for Thanksgiving, due to customer not approving the cabinet trim pieces which came with cabinetry, stating it was the wrong color.  It was explained that with wood cabinets, coloration can vary slightly and that the correct color was ordered.  We ordered new trim for her.  New trim came in mid-December.  Again, trim color was not to customer satisfaction.  New Trim was ordered a third time to satisfy the customer.  At that point the customer stopped responding and giving NXS the chance to finish installation and resolve the situation.  Multiple attempts were made to contact customer through phone calls and e-mail.  The last conversation with customer was made on 2/26/16 by our head designer.  Ms. [redacted] said she would call to schedule us to come and resolve when she had time.  She stated she was too busy right now.   We made several more attempts to reach her over the next several days to secure a date and time.  NXS is more than willing to comply with one of her suggested resolutions, but has been unable to make or discuss any offer.
