Worst inept bank in closing loan to purchase a home. Loan officer constantly got information wrong, causing emotional stress and costing additional monies. 6 months later still awaiting payment coupons despite many repeated requests. Have been given 3 different loan numbers! Called president of bank many times to seek help but no response despite voice mail indicating great concern for customers.
