Great product, great service!!! Love my new windows and doors!!!

Patio doors they installed do not have the right parts and are screwed shut and non-functional
First Choice Windows of Ocala, Florida were to install *** by-pass patio doors. When the installer was here on June 7, 2019, after taking out our old patio doors, he discovered *** sent incorrect parts and he was unable to complete installation. Although he put the doors up, he was not able to lock them. In order to keep our house secure, he screwed the doors shut.
On August 8, 2019, *** technicians came to our house to assess the patio doors. The *** technicians confirmed that the wrong parts were sent and the doors could not be secured. They did not have a way to secure them either and, after the assessment, again screwed the doors shut.
After the August 8 assessment, I assumed we would receive the correct patio doors and have them installed. However, when I was finally able to talk to a *** customer service person I was informed they had closed the case and we would not be getting replacement doors.
Since our contract was with First Choice, if *** is not going to stand by their product, First Choice should provide us with patio doors as stated in the contract.

Great price and excellent customer service. It was truly a pleasure working with all of them: the estimator, office staff and installers. Sean and Neil were efficient, polite and mindful of cleaning up after themselves. I'm very impressed with every aspect of these jobs (2 houses) and will certainly call them for my next window project. It was refreshing to work with a company that is big enough to get the job done right, yet small enough for personalized customer service.
