First Choice Residential

I first contacted 1st Choice Residential on 10-18- 2019 to repair our two interior fireplaces.
Two technicians came to the house on 10-25-2019 to diagnose the problem. They charged $409.19 to our Master Card account on that day. On 11-4-2019 they charged another $$392.00 to our MC for for half of the parts they ordered. To date we have no repairs. He claims that the parts are back ordered but the manufacturer, Spark Modern Fires, has no back orders. Jeff Baldwin, the owner, has said they he would refund our money. He said that he would mail on a check on Friday, February 14, 2020. I told him that I would get the check out of his mailbox on Friday, February 14, 2020. I went to two addresses that I found on the internet and these addresses belonged to someone else. To date I have no refund and no repairs.
