First Choice Remodeling

Review: Work was done in Oct. 2003 to basement of home. Was not aware that contractor did not acquire the permits to do work in basement. Now I [redacted] am getting tickets from NYC Dept. of builgings (Violation No.[redacted]) for not having permits for work done in basement ( bathroom;sink,toilet. and shower). In edition to electrical sockets and overhead lighting not working, water leaks in the walls of basement.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund or correct the problem.
