the consumer contacted the practice manager requesting a refund on a bill they received for services rendered. The practice manager and team worked on the refunds from 04/06/2016-04/11/2016. A refund of $160.00 was processed as a credit to the consumer’s credit card, the original payment method, on 04/15/2016. The additional $20.00 is pending a response or explanation of benefits from the patients' health plan. Once we receive notice that the consumer is not responsible for the copay amount we will initiate a refund for the remaining dollars.Good faith efforts were put forth by FCPP to resolve this account, promptly resolving this credit within 9 days of initial contact. The consumer was contacted on 4/15/16 by the practice manager with the information that the credit would process and will show up on the corresponding credit card statements within 48 hours.Thank you for your time in allowing us to respond.Best,[redacted] Market Operations Director
