which our POS system will not allow us to issue a cash or credit refund due to it being a largely discounted rate. We did offer the consumer a parking credit in the amount he paid towards a future stay and are still standing by that offer. It is our goal to ensure the highest level of satisfaction amongst our customers and wish we could do more in this case but our bound by this set of unfortunate circumstances.
