I've had three encounters with this business Having keys made in the store was efficient and reasonably priced Having a lock changed at home was also fine - the guys were punctual and efficient and the cost was not unreasonable ($for a house call with parts) But having two closet doors and a bathroom door fixed, with perhaps $max of parts and LESS THAN AN HOUR'S WORK cost me $(six hundred and thirty-three dollars) I queried the amount, given the cost of materials and the time taken, but I was told that the billing is "by the job." Don't say I didn't warn you!!!

But having two closet doors and a bathroom door fixed, with perhaps $50 max of parts and LESS THAN AN HOUR'S WORK cost me $633 (six hundred and thirty-three dollars).
