attached is  a copy of the contract between [redacted] and myself.  To date my fence has not been completed even though [redacted] has been given $4280.00.  it has been almost one year that the project was started.

Review: A year ago I contracted First Home Improvement company to take down the existing outside front fence and put up a new chrome brick fence. I paid $4285 upfront with a remaining balance of $900 which was to paid when the job was completed. It has been over a year and the job has not been completed and the chrome fence was never weather treated so that it wouldn't rust. Now I have to find someone else to weather treat the fence. I tried to reach [redacted] on several occasion but he either he avoids my calls or gives me an excuse for not being able to complete the job.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a full refund of the amount paid ($4285) as well as the chrome fence to be weather treated from [redacted] (First Choice Home Improvement).
