Review: My air conditioner unit was not installed to code and First Choice Heating and Air refuses to fix the problem. A representative came out and inspected the work, after agreeing that it was not properly installed the representative told me that they would come out and fix it. When I called to schedule the work, the representative denied the agreement and refused to correct the problem. I have had the unit inspected by a professional and was told that with 30years experience he had never seen such a poor installation!Desired Settlement: The unit be installed to code!

We installed two [redacted] heat pump system for [redacted] at this

location in early 2007. The installation required a permit and inspection. If the

installation was not to code, inspection would not have passed. That equipment

is over 8 year old. We provide a one-year labor which expired March 7, 2008 and

the manufacturer provided a five-year parts warranty that expired February 19,
