Review: Work was sub standard. No follow up was done or provided. Items were also stolen from home and a police report will be filed. This company is a non trustful company and should not be used. The issue I called to. Have resolved still exists and no follow up from this company. Took my $700 and completely ignored me and stole from me.Desired Settlement: Bring their thieving tech to justice and refund me for my loss!!
Review: I paid the company $326 they were unable to kill the bed bugs the first 4 times they came, they are refusing to come the 5th time even though they promised to come as many times as needed to fix the problem, I sent them pictures of bite, evidence and a dead bed bug that I found and killed. After calling them 5 days in a row finnaly they said they can come there for a charge of $79 dollors, so I suffered with this for over 3 months now and still unable to have the problem resolved and they are trying to charge me more money, also I bought a bed bug cover from them for $70. I belive this is injustice against me and I would like your help in resolving this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either come and provide the services again until the job is done or provide a full refund.

Review: On Sunday, September **, 2014, an exterminator working with First Choice Environmental came to my home to do a flea treatment. He took the payment for the service ($379.97). My partner and I then left the apartment and decided that we did not want the service. We came back into the department (at most 5 minutes later) and told the exterminator we decided not to have the service. He called his [redacted] and I spoke with him over the phone asking if I could get a refund. The [redacted] said yes, I could get a refund for everything except $50 due to the late cancellation. I agreed and understood.
I asked and the [redacted] said the money would be credited back to my card within the hour. I did not receive the refund and I still have not. I emailed First Choice Environmental on September [redacted] and October [redacted] asking for the status of the refund and received no answer regarding this. I also texted the [redacted] with whom I spoke again on September [redacted] indicating that I still hadn't received the refund. The [redacted] wrote back and said that he would check on it immediately. On September [redacted], the [redacted] texted me to say that the refund had been processed and that I should expect it that same day around 4pm. I still have not received it. I sent a text on September [redacted] saying this and have received no reply.Desired Settlement: $329.97

Review: I scheduled a bed bug examination with First Choice Environmental on 7/**/15, and they told me I need pest control service. So I paid 1197.6 in total (about 100 for the examination and 1000 for the control service to come the next week). However I figured immediately after my apt management can do it for free, so I called to cancel, and was told I will be getting a refund which would show up in 3-5 business days. I checked a week later but did not see my refund. So I called again. They just said they will double check on that and call me back but never did. So I have been calling to check on my refund everyday since. Last week, they told me there was some technical issues and the refund was just issued on 8/*/15. It is 8/**/15 but I have seen no refund. I called again and was told a refund was issued but they are not sure why it was not showing on my end. However I am pretty sure they never issued me a refund and is just trying to scam me 1200 bucks.Desired Settlement: They refund me the full price of the pest service, which should be around 1000 including tax.
