I finished the job I was hired to do and payed now he wants me to install a small amount which is fine, however is a very small amount and I am doing big jobs right now I will be able to do it if he wants at a
layer time but will need desired minimum charge for the rest of the work

Business has agreed to do the job for over 2 years. If he doesn't want to do it, why doesn't he tell me that. I saw him 2 months ago and he agreed to do the job. Since then, no communication.
