Customer Purchased vehicle 0816 and contacted my office 1116 94 days from purchase date and driving over 5k miles, well over the written warranty of 60 days and 3k miles. While we offer a wonderful warranty on all eligible vehicles we are unable to cover repairs that fall outside any... written agreement. This customer warranty was 60 days and 3k mile warranty on vehicles with less than 80k miles but more than 60k that sold for $1500.00 or more. We now offer a 90 day 4500 mile warranty that covers engine and drive train on all eligible vehicles. It has been our practice with any out of warranty repairs to offer customers greatly discounted repairs cost on any vehicle purchased from us, we did the same for this customer he declined. All the pertinent information related to this response is well documented written and otherwise.
