Over the past years, Marian and First Chicago Remodeling have gut/rehabbed our kitchen and separate bathroomsThe work is always great, the cost is always fair, and things are completed on the promised scheduleEven a few years after our last project was complete, Marian was generous enough to find time to troubleshoot and repair an electrical problemBefore calling Marian, I had a "handyman" investigate the problemHe spent about minutes reviewing the situation and provided a proposal a $1,to fix the problem (this visit cost me $235)In nearly the same amount of time and cost that I spent with the handyman, Marian diagnosed and fixed the problemIf you are considering a renovation and First Chicago can do it, there is no reason to call anyone else
