First Cash Pawn

Absolutely horrible customer service, tried to sell me a broken Xbox 1 with no power strip. Broken controller handle and when I tried to return it they tried to scare me away with threats of “oh it could take weeks for this money to get back on your card” then hit with the biggest scam I ever heard of saying since my mother and I came into together to purchase it even though I made the purchase on my card that they couldn’t refund me because apparently because she was there BOTH parties have to be present in person to show disinterest in order for them to refund it. Shady business, shady pawnshop, when I called my mother up here so we could get the refund the manager immediately decided to go on lunch. Shut down this branch, they’re bullying people into buying their hard to sell broken stuff from them. So sad
