Its amazing to me this company want to serve court papers instead of fixing their properties, so people can have a decent place to live. Benvenue Village is not worth 700$, it is a tenant rights to withhold rent if you not fixing your properties. The rent amount for the contractually required notice period was in excess of her deposit amount.

His rental property has dead tree that may fall on our house and he has not responded for 3 years with repeated contacts. Mr [redacted] has the rental property next to our home. There is a large dead tree in his yard that could fall on our home in a storm. I have repeatedly called him and sent a registered letter. 4 months ago, he said, " they are on their way to cut it down". My daughter called him today and he was rude and said "he'll get there when he gets there" " I don't have time for this". My wife and I are in our 80s and are afraid every time there is a storm so we don't sit in our den for fear of the tree falling.Desired SettlementWe would like the tree removedTree cut down 7-27.so appreciative.Thank you for your help.
