were printed and I had to contact our other office because they handle all of the printing and mailing. It looks like this business was put in the maps but never received any copies. However, they are mailing them copies to prove that they were in the map and I am going to upload the pdf's they sent me. Also [redacted] was not the sales person he was the graphic designer so he would have designed the ad for them. [redacted] was the sales person and he no longer works here so I am not sure if he just did not pass it along that this business wanted copies of the maps or not. This has been resolved. I refunded Mr. [redacted] money back yesterday and called him to let him know and apologized for Mr. Riley being so rude. There definetly was a miscommunicationbecause we don't sell platte maps. We sell City and County maps. However it has all been resolved Thank You

paypal company. After we refund your card I am not sure how long it will take for paypal to release your refund back to your card.
I understand where the [redacted] are coming from. No one ever said this was resolved, we obviously have not refunded the money so therefore it would not be resolved. No one else could have gotten their cc info Mr. [redacted] was a sales person in my office I am the admin I am the person that runs the cc info and I shred it. The office that is an hour away does all of our printing. They were talking to someone from that office that has no business speaking on an account they know nothing about. As I said we have other refunds that we are refunding because Mr. [redacted] is no longer with us all of the projects he started and never finished therefore never got printed so these customers need refunded as well. We will try our best to refund them within this week or next.
I am sorry you feel this way but no one has the authority to issue a refund but the President and owner of the company. He has 3 other businesses so he travels a lot. Like I said I have to wait for his permission, I will then let you know when the funds have been refunded. Thank You
I am rejecting this response because: there is no time given as to when I will be refunded, while I was almost harassed for payment in the first place. this is pretty much the exact same thing I was told by "Cleveland" a few months ago, (as written in my complaint) it only took moments to take the money from my credit card and should not take weeks or months for a refund. this response admits owing me a refund but leaves payment open-ended. I also run a Business and a refund could have be made in the time it took to form their response. this process has been over six months now. I just want my money back!

I am rejecting this response because: there always seems to be an excuse similar to this, i.e., someone is out of the office and/ or sick, in the hospital, etc. I am only requesting $350 dollars refund. If only the President can make this decision, then that company needs to seriously rethink how they are running thier business
I am rejecting this response because: What we signed up for is not what we got. We were told these were map BOOKS for our county and surrounding counties. We signed up to be in 2 of them: Wallace/Sherman and Greeley/Wichita. When I told Mr. [redacted] that the salesman usually comes and visits us for advertising in those maps, he said that they have changed things up and would no longer visit us and the regular guy was no longer with the company, and that we would get multiple copies of the books as we usually do, in order to give to our customers. Within two or so weeks of ordering these, I discovered that the county maps books have been done by Countywide Directories, so I called them and they informed me that they were still publishing them. At that moment, I knew I had been scammed. I contacted Mr. [redacted] at that time by phone to informed him that we did not want to participate in his "maps" book. No response from him what so ever. I had actually forgot about all of this until the normal county maps books sales rep stopped by the other day and wondered if we would like to advertise with them this year, reconfirming my certainty that we had been scammed. Not only did I not receive any "maps" or books, or anything to show me what my $300 bought, I also had not received all those extra books to give to our customers!!I will not be satisfied with any less than a return of our $$. This company may run a good business for others, but I find that hard to believe. There is an ad on the "menu" (NOT BOOK) that they sent me to show me what they did for us, and we contacted that company because they are also a customer of ours, and they emphatically said they did not advertise with these people. Ever. They never signed up for it, and never sent them any money. That leads me to believe these were created just to satisfy us. They are fake and could be created by any one using Word Publisher. Which is exactly what they look like.
