First Call Air Conditioning Refrigeration Ser

I went into the ER in Edgewater NJ on 9/7/and after waiting for mins my info was taken by triage person, which took about minutes I waited another mins in the main waiting room and was sent into the back area to wait for a doctor (I assume)After an hour, I was put in a small curtained room, where I saw a nurseI asked her how long it would be and she told me tests would take 2-hours So, I left
I got two bills for $(one from hospital and one from Dr) and was told my insurance was billed over $for this visitWhen I asked for an itemization, I was told they didn't have thatThe cannot provide details but rather call it "level one ER care" care?? what care??
hospitals make up huge charges and bill you one lump fee and think you or you or your insurance will just pay it
They also told me I was issued a prescription that night and when I told them I did not and then asked what the script was for.....guess what? they couldn't answer that eit
