First California Bank

Review: I recently recieved a TouchPay card, from First California Bank. I was given a PIN to access my account. The PIN given to me wasn't accurate. Each time I entered the PIN provided to me, I was charged a $1.99 fee. I called to confirm my PIN once more, and enter it again. I was charged four fees in total, while using the PIN the bank provided me. When I attempt to call the number on the back of the card, there is an additional fee of $1.99 to dispute a charge and a fee of $1.99 to speak with a live agent from the bank. This is a corrupt company, and should not be allowed to operate a business. They are taking advantage of people.Desired Settlement: I would like to be given a PIN that is valid, as well as having my money that was incorrectly charged to my account, refunded back.
