I requested a quote through the BBB. I did not get a response, so then I called the company, they called me back and set up an appointment. I had a coupon but it was for basic cleaning. The contractor (Ish N***) said my carpet would not come out clean with just the basic cleaning. He spent a lot of time on my carpet and now it looks brand new.
