I do not want a check í want my money put back on the same card they took it out of she said that's where it would refund back never did the employee say in a check form it was taken out my account so í expect it to be put back on my account í was under tve impression online that í was getting car insurance not renters insurance í contacted the day after í did it and I had to call before they even sent me an email back

been timely. First American had reached an agreed price with your contractor for the repair of his home and a supplement payment was issued.  Our understanding is that the repair should be completed sometime in May of 2015. On April 23, 2015, we received a revised inventory forms from you.  We are currently reviewing and evaluate the remainder of your content claim.

conference call she mentions in her Revdex.com complaint.  During the conference call First American offered to make a partial payment for loss personal property.  This would be for items not requiring additional documentation.  Ms. [redacted] was advised of the documents and steps necessary to move the payment forward.  We will continue to work with Ms. [redacted] to complete the investigation into the remaining items listed as lost.  If any additional questions remain or information is needed Ms. [redacted] may contact her Adjuster directly.  He will be happy to assist.
