Review: I signed up to use this one time then thought I had cancelled right away. They say I am bound to a 1-year contract and are charging me $107.02 per month. This is very unethical as I am not using it and haven't been since the one time. They said I would have 45 days to cancel after signing up and I thought I had cancelled within that time.Regardless of the above their tactics are an unethical way of doing business and I want my contract cancelled. In the mean time I have cancelled the credit card they are charging. This is a huge hassle for me as I have some bills set up to auto-pay from this credit card.It would be reasonable to me that I have a full refund. This has been going on since June and we are now in February.Desired Settlement: It's reasonable that I be refunded all monthly payments after the 1st one was made.

Re: Complaint by [redacted] (Complaint ID Number [redacted]}
Dear Ms. [redacted]:
This letter shall serve as First American Data Tree LLC's response to your February 20, 2014
letter which contained a complaint made by [redacted].
On June 18, 2013, Mr. [redacted] agreed to the attached First American Data Tree License
Agreement for a 12-month term with a $99 Monthly Minimum Commitment. Subsequently, an e-mail
confirmation was sent to Mr. [redacted], which contained a summary of his account.
From June 2013 to January 2014, our company called Mr. [redacted] approximately 23 times and
sent five e-mail correspondences to follow up with his account. Our company did not receive a response
from Mr. [redacted] until he called to cancel his account on January 30, 2014. At that time, we graciously
allowed Mr. [redacted] to breach his contract and we terminated his account.
If you have any questions or need additional documentation please feel free to contact me.
Regards,
