First Acceptance Insurance Company, Inc.

I am really confused how they process of the claim. I am stuck in contacting with a claim adjuster. My problem was that they rarely call me back as the custom promised. From the complaints and reviews, it seems this is the tradition of this company. What I need is just a answer. Call me back, my claim number is [redacted], otherwise I will take some actions to save my time.

Acceptance insurance is absolutely horrible at the handling of claims. My car has been damaged for over a month. The claim adjuster never calls and when I attempt to call her it's weeks before she calls back. As soon as my car is repaired I am switching insurance companies.

I was involved in a car accident and I made the claim the next morning. I spoke to representative and I thought they would handle it.two weeks past and no one from that company had contacted me to update me on anything. One day I was at work and the insurance from the person I was in the accident with called me saying that my insurance never answered any of their calls.it has been 3 weeks and still no one has contacted me.I have no clue whats going on or whats happening. But I am pretty sure I made a mistake on having them as my insurance.
