Firkins Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

The MIL warning light started to flash on my 2013 Town and Country. I called Firkin and they sent a tow truck. I was told that it would take 2 or 3 days to get to it, which it did, but Joe M., who I dealt with, kept me informed every step of the way. There is an onsight car rental which was very convenient. They had to order some parts which took a couple days to get but, again, I was kept aware of the progress. Joe even arranged for a free car rental. My whole experience was pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend Firkins!
