Firestone Complete Auto Care-Mt. Prospect

I've dealt with Firestone near my area in Hillside & Franklin Park locations never had a problem On SAT jan woke up to a low tire and went to Hillside store where they had me out of there in less then an hourOn MON Jan I seen my other tire was low I went to this store in mtprospect near my jobThe Firestone associate advised me that it will be about hour wait, I had no choice but to waitWell hours later he finally comes out only to advise that they do not have my tire in stockwith a dissapointed look on my face I sad oh really, his response was like :yea we sell tires we run out", I said I understand , I was here for since 4:10pm its 7:15pm blank stare He asked if I had a spare tire I said yes he asked if I would like they could put it on I said great thanks, another min laterAnother associate came out handed me my keys did not advise me if they ordered me a tire,he said NOTHING! I left pretty dissapointed and frustrated that I had too wait such a long a timeI left stopped to get gas only to find out the spare tire was LOW at his point I'm not sure if I will purchase from firestone besides this treatment I have had to replace of them within a little over a year from purchase
