Review: On Sept. **, 2012, I hired [redacted] who stated he was the owner of Fireside Construction, Corp., which is located at[redacted]. [redacted] was paid in full to clean the chimney and to fix a leak which was causing water to come into the first floor and basement of my house. Although [redacted] gave me a 10 year warranty on his work, he has refused to return to my house to fix the leak despite my repeated telephone calls to him. I have advised [redacted] that not only has the leak gotten worse, but that water is pouring into my house causing damage to my furniture and property, and that mold was forming which jeopardizes my health since I am [redacted]. Please investigate the matter for me.Desired Settlement: Repair the leak and pay for the damages to my property that was caused by the leak.

There is water on the first floor and flooding in my basement of my house each and every time it rains. This has caused mold to develop which has exacerbated my asthma and breathing. There has been a lot of rain during the last several months.
