bankrupt in December of 2013, they did not purchase this power supply from FirePower Technology.  Divisions of OCZ Technology have been sold off in bankruptcy court.  FirePower Technology purchased the power management division in February of 2014.  We are a brand new company, started February of 2014.  In regards to the warranties on any product purchased through OCZ Technology, they went null & void when the company went bankrupt.  However, FirePower Technology has been kind enough to offer a warranty replacement with a repaired or refurbished power supply of the same model.  The customer was informed you can obtain an RMA# and ship back the defective power supply at their expense and we in return will ship back the replacement unit at our expense.  We do not offer advance replacement units.  Feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns you may have.  We would be more than happy to issue a return RMA# for the OCZ-ZT750W power supply and replace it with a repaired/refurbished unit upon it's return to our RMA Department.  I can be reached at [redacted]Best regards,[redacted]Operations Manager[redacted]@firepower-technology.com

Review: I have an ocz zt 750 after ocz went out of business fire power bought there power supply section and promised to honer the warranty, but they do not they refuse to do an advanced rma that was an option with the ocz warranty and this computer can not be down for more than a few hoursDesired Settlement: so what I would like is to either get an advanced RMA or a Full refund after I return it
