Fireplaces Unlimited

We have had the worst experience with this business I WOULD NOT recommend working with fireplaces unlimited It started from the beginning with the install of our fireplace Our fireplace was only partially installed because the company did not have parts in stock Over two months later, after not returning countless phone calls and emails I contacted the manufacturer and tried to purchase the parts I needed The manufacturer then called Fireplaces Unlimited and they finally called us to finish the install After they came to finish the install, we had a gas leak and the fireplace actually exploded in our living room We had to shut off our gas They then came to fix it but it still doesn't turn on consistently To top it all off, they invoiced us for the remainder of our bill the next day (after waiting two months to finish the job) They charged our visa approx$more than the invoiced amount Many phone calls later they have agreed to refund the additional charge but at this point I have still not received the refund (I've called again to check on it) I am saving the voicemails (stated they would refund us approx$400) and the emails in case I have to take further action I have literally spoken to everyone in this company trying to get their helpAsia, Richard, Kent, Lisa, Joanna, and Laura Those individuals I have spoken to have tried to be helpful but obviously something is terribly wrong at this company
