Fireplace and Gas Services

Purchased a beautiful Broilmaster gas grill. Within the warranty period, we were in need of replacing the bow tie burner. Exhaustive efforts to work with this company for replacement parts were futile. No return calls or e-mail follow-ups. "Parts person" by the name of Jonathan was rude and, evidently, had an office reputation of not returning calls. This being said, I would not be optimistic in utilizing this company ever ... unless it was sold to a reliable dealer.
Very poor customer service on all levels.

Do not work with this company if they are working with a contractor. Bob is extremely RUDE! I am a homeowner and requested information due to the neglient pool contractor we hired and BOB, Beauford and Tricia was aware of this situation and REFUSED to give me the amount of the job that was given to them by contractor to perform on my home. They were FULLY aware of A inablility to make payments...now when they came to payment at the end in order not to get a LEIN on my home by then the contractor on A Mike went underhand and spoke to my husband WHO is not the HOMEOWNER and told him to make a payment to FIREPLACE AND GAS...I will not reccommend this company to anyone due to the LACK of communication and inability to provide cost estimate to the homes they are working on, Now when they want there payment they come directly to homeownwer not the CONTRACTOR whom they made an agreement with the provide work for them...TOTALLY DISHONEST~~~~~~~ DO NOT GO WITH THEM DUE TO THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSES BY THE OWNER BOB AND BEAUFORD!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a AVFL60PIP fireplace....wrong part ordered for front and no remote included. I have called twice in two days, no response from the sales person. I have had to reorder a remote and front. I do not recommend this company.
