Review: The salesperson said my roofing qualifies for a tax credit. I requested the tax credit information and I was provided with an invoice AND warranty booklets. That was great, BUT, to claim the tax credit, I need the cost of materials. I requested this, but I had gotten NO response. I am very disappointed with their failure to provide a promised document for me to finish a tax return that is overdue. I have emailed two contacts at the company plus called an spoke with two different staff members, but I have been told that someone will handle it. It's been a month with no call backs or any explanation. I am very disappointed with this failure to respond. Their failure to provide promised information is causing me to forgo tax credits.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter or email with the requested information. The requested information is the materials cost for the roofing job that was completed on my home. The information for the request has been emailed to the company and has been given to the accounting department. Thank you.
