Firehouse Pizza

this customer to say he only lives two minutes away suggests he thinks he's the only customer we have and that we were waiting for his call alone. We take orders on a first call first service basis. When the customer called to say he didn't have his order yet the employee handed me the phone. The customer was very angry when I answered the phone. He spoke harshly and impolitely. And went on to say we were the worst pizza place in Ohio and that he had been to many. When I tried to explain that the driver had already left and should be there any minute, he only said " I dont want it anymore" and hung up on me. I called the driver up a few minutes later and he told me he had already talked to the customer and that he had replied the same way he had to me. He never once asked me to refund his money or I would have told him that finished and delivered product is never refunded unless something was wrong with it or we had made it wrong. I felt as if our transaction was complete.  3 weeks or so later he called back asking for a refund and my wife answered and replied that we dont do that in this situation and that he could dispute it with his credit card company.
