On July 28,I placed an order at the take out window,wings,fries and a order of garlic knotsAfter I arrived home found out I didn't have garlic knots,to far to go back so I called and spoke with young lady at take out windowShe took down my information, name address and phone numberShe assured me that she will give to manager and that manager will either call me or automatically send me a refundOn August 2,I hadn't received refund,so called them again,spoke to same young lady,she told me she remembered me and she put info on managers desk,after making that statement she was through with meI called again on August 6,I was told manager didn't come in until 8pmI'm tired of trying to get my money back.my receipt shows order time 12:23pm total order was which includes a percent pack chug
