*** came in with his parents the first to make a purchase, He went thru the store checking out all of our merchandiseHe then left days later came in to purchase a table that he liked stating that he needed it delivered right awayBecause of our delvery schedule we were not able to
accommodate his requestWe told him that if he wanted the table right away we would package the table for him as a floor sample and have it ready to be picked up at his earliest convenienceHe picked up the table from our warehouse and proceeded to take it homeWhen he arrive at his he called and said that the table was damagedWe are not responsible for furniture that is damaged when it is picked up and transported by a third partyThe table was wrapped in clear plastic when picked up and we sent a member of our staff to meet him there to assistHe inspected the table and proceeded to load it in his transport vehicleIn turn we are no longer liable

I am rejecting this response because: nothing but the first sentence in their response is true. So disappointed to see that they continue with their shady business practices and lying to an official complaint to the Revdex.com. Luckily I recorded my conversations with the Manager (Kal) and Sales person (Mike) and can refute their non-sense easily. I am happy to go to small claims court over this.
