Gorgeous ring and awesome price! Forever One moissanite and platinum setting is so beautiful! No one knows the difference and think that I spent tens of thousands of dollars for this ring!

She loves it! It's sparkly and just what was ordered - equivalent of 4ct in a princess cut with a V-Prong setting engagement ring. Turn around time was even earlier than expected with the expedited shipping. Customer service is great - every time I sent an email I got a response within a few hours, or the next day if far outside business hours. The stone and setting look incredible together and we plan to go back for the bands to add on.

Very helpful, great communication throughout the entire process. I had a picture of a ring that my now fiancé loved, however had no idea where it was from or who made it. They designed the ring exactly as the picture looked. It was perfect.

Ordered some beautiful bezel round cut moissanite earrings and couldn't be happier. They are so very well made sturdy and sparkle like crazy. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was great. The only thing I find is that the post on the earrings is a little on the longer side. But I'd rather have them be longer than short.

The ring I purchased is a replacement from a ring that I originally bought from Moissaniteco in 2011. I have been very pleased with the customer service and absolutely thrilled with the product both times. My new ring is very beautiful, and the stone (Moissaniteco brand, emerald cut) is almost too beautiful.

Also, I ordered from Canada and it was no hassle at all. I only had to pay a small amount for custom fees (around 30$ or so) upon delivery.

Early Valentines Day gift for the wife. She loved them. They are absolutely beautiful. This is the 4th item we have purchased. An engagement ring, 2 wedding bands and now the earrings. All are beautiful. We will be back.

I like the engagement portion of my ring - it is beautiful. The stone has nice sparkle. When I hold it side by side to my diamonds, it is hard (but not impossible) to tell the difference. Since that was the main part of my purchase I am overall very happy. I get lots of compliments. I do wish it felt heavier in my hand - as my original wedding band (with a small but real diamond) did. The matching band, however, falls short and I would not recommend a thin band purchase. The band is a very thin band, which I wanted, but it is not crafted evenly around the entire circumference. It has a very slight "kink" appearance. I would have sent it back but it took forever to get and frankly it seemed like a pain to do it. As a result of this issue, one of the tiny diamonds has already gone missing at the site of the kink. The rings together are also pretty light weight, which is weird for platinum. I plan to purchase a new band elsewhere.

I got my engagement ring from moissaniteco.com. It required many resizings. The process from start to finish was very easy and the staff was always very helpful. From the start, someone helped me pick out the perfect ring for my now-finacee. They did not try to upsell me. In fact, I wanted a larger stone and they told me it would be too large for her small finger size. After we received the ring, we realized it was a bit too small. We had to send it back. The turn-around time on the resizing and shipping was painless and not too expensive, even with the USPS insurance. We had to do it twice because we thought we knew better than the local jeweler and ordered a size slightly larger than he suggested. The final ring fits her perfectly, it looks amazing, and we love it. I would be a repeat customer, but not for another engagement ring.

I ordered a 5 stone (2.5ct) mens ring, and absolutely love it. there is more shine/reflection/sparkle than with diamonds, which I shopped for quite a bit before deciding to go with MoissaniteCo. I feel like Moissanite in general is a better option than diamonds, since there are too many horror stories about "blood diamonds". The price is also much lower than traditional diamonds so it seemed like a no-brainer considering the product looks BETTER than diamonds.

I did contact customer service a couple of times prior to my purchase, trying to get larger stones, and they worked with me (for free!) to consult as to why I should not go bigger due to how the design would be, and talked me out of a more expensive product so that I would be happier with the purchase, which I was!

I would absolutely purchase from MoissaniteCo again in the future, and would recommend them to my family.

The ring I'd selected was everything I'd hoped it would be. My fiancee is happy with it, and has zero complaints. It looks great, is solidly constructed, and is virtually indistinguishable from diamond.
