No one feels good when they cannot meet a customers expectations, we are certainly no different. After numerous failed attempts to please the customer, we have decided that we simply cannot provide them with the level of service that they are expecting.Just like any business, we reserve the
right to refuse service to anyone......in years we have only refused service to other customer.The refrigerator door was damaged when the unit arrived at our repair facility, after we replaced the sink, the technician pointed out the dent to our service manager, specifically stating that the dent was already there before we started working on it
