On December 9, 2017, Fire Suppression Systems performed a functional test of the fire alarm system in the *** *** fraternity house located at *** *** *** *** ** I am the President of the Housing Corporation that owns the *** *** fraternity house I contacted Fire Suppression Systems numerous times to find out what deficiencies were found and how they should be correctedTo date, I have not received any response to my inquiries, however, I did receive the invoice for the services performed An employee by the name of John said that he would forward a description of all the necessary repairs to me via email, but I have not received any communication from him in this regard I left numerous voicemails at this office, however, he did not return my callsDuring the week of July 23, 2018, I contacted the company and told them that I wanted to know the amount owed so I could pay the invoice and I would use a different company thereafter I was told that they coul
