Hi ***, I am emailing you in attempts to close the assigned ID *** that *** *** has opened on 12/15/2015.Mr*** had purchased a CD with our company Fire and Rescue Portrait StudiosUpon him receiving the disc in a DVD format he called our office and made a complaint with myself,
James B***, President of said company I instructed Mr*** that he could simply take the DVD to a photo lab and they would have printed them after he refused the advice I had given him I told him we could either refund his monies or would send the CD to his residenceHe became hostile and insisted that he should receive both the CD and the return of his purchaseHe agreed to me sending his CD via email and that was the last time we spoke about this instance until I received notice from the Revdex.com December 28, Any help in resolving this situation will be appreciatedThanks again for your time in this matter.
