Fire and Ice

7/9/2016 - called this morning (Saturday) to have our HP fixed (outside unit fan stopped running) and they were out within an hour... very pleased with service, thorough and knowledgeable, replaced capacitor... up and running in short order and bill was very reasonable. They are getting all our future business!!!

Several weeks ago I had another air conditioning service come out and clean and service the two units. There wasn't really any improvement and when I called them back, they could not seem to make an appointment when I would be able to be home. A friend recommended Fir & Ice. I called them and they were here the next day. It didn't take more than taking the cover off the system to se it had not been cleaned several weeks ago. Actually it didn't look like it had been cleaned since it had been installed and I had paid annual cleaning and servicing every year to the "other" company. After a thorough cleaning, the Fire & Ice technician went over the rest of the unit and discovered it had been seriously over charged. After releasing the excess coolant and checking the rest of the unit, the tech made sure everything was running well. The house is wonderfully cool now! Fire & Ice was very reasonable, professional and courteous. Should the need ever arise again ( and I know it will) they will be my first and only call.
