Fiore Scalise General Contractor

Review: This contractor was hired by me to do work on my driveway, steps, patio, water proofing , etc. Our agreement is for $18,000. on June *, 2013 he asked for me to write him a check for $1500 that he was just going to hold until the job began. 2 days after I gave him the check he ran to my bank and cashed it. On June [redacted] he asked me for another $5,000 so that he can purchase supplies and begin working. I gave him the $5,000. The total he has from me so far is 6,500. today is July **, and he has not showed up to start any work. I told him that at this point I am cancelling my order with him, and would like my money returned. ( By the way, he did not purchase anything for my job with my money). I know this, because we asked him to deliver to my property the supplies he purchased, but he did not do that. At this point he is not even returning my calls at all.
