Deegan Bros. knows our name and address and called at almost 5 o'clock pm on Friday, August 5th and stated they would be here on 1st thing Monday morning to fix everything and to please pull back complaint to the Revdex.com. I will not pull my complaint until the job is fixed and completed.

Dear [redacted]My apologies. This is the first time I have dealt with a complaint through the Revdex.com and I was not able to see who the sender was until after my message was sent. I was able to pull your file and Brian spoke with your husband on Friday and was out this morning to address the issues. I would like to say that when the original call came in I was away on vacation and Brian our salesman was in the office by himself. We do apologize if you feel we neglected you in anyway. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain these past few weeks therefore generating emergency repairs. We do our best to get to all our customers in a timely manner as well as try to take care of those with leaks first. As discussed, we will have a technician out tomorrow afternoon to take of the issues. If I can be of any further assistance please let me know. Thank you. Sincerely, Alyssa V[redacted]
