Review: In the summer of 2014 we purchased a 2011, GMC Terrain from Fiore Buick GMC located in Altoona, Pa. Within the first month of use the battery died completely. We called the dealership and they had us jump the vehicle and drive it down to them for repair. They stated they replaced the battery and everything was running good. Then in October, 2014, the vehicle's battery died once again. We called the dealership and this time they sent up a tow truck with a rental car. They had the car in the shop a few days and it took us calling them to find out that it was done and they stated it was fixed. My wife asked if they had fixed all possible issues and checked the alternator and the woman on the phone said "YES". Then today, December 23, 2014, I went to go to work and the cars battery was dead for the 3rd time in a matter of 6 months. I called the dealership and stated we needed a car immediately because we are only a 1 car family believe it or not. To their benefit the tow truck drive and a rental car showed up in a matter of 2.5 hours. However, they brought a 2007 car, that is dirty inside and we have 2 car seats to fit in the back seat. This dealership keeps stating that they will fix the problem, however, they seem to have no clue on what to do to fix this car that we bought.Desired Settlement: I believe that if you sell a dysfunctional product, as a company you should stand behind that mistake and replace it or come up with an alternative method to make all parties satisfied. We are a one vehicle family, therefore, we rely on this GMC Terrain we bought from you to supply us with adequate transportation. As a "Family Company" (that is what we were told when we went to you by your sales men) you should own up to this defected vehicle and make it right.
