At this time, I have been contacted directly by Fiorano Design Center regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [redacted] offered to give me a credit for my tiles and I emailed him that I have no need for tiles now or in the future as this is a project is done rarely.There is nothing else in his store that I will need in the near or later futureIt is a tile store so who buys tiles? Review: I ordered tiles and was advised that what I was ordering was a perfect match for my kitchen. I waited 8 weeks for shipment and paid to have it shipped and when it arrived picked it up to find that both tile orders where so off color so I contact [redacted] and told him. He said no refund but if I want he will have a design team come and work with me and I can buy more tiles at an employee discount price. I thought all along I was working with a person that was a design expert.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount of the tiles. If needed I will pay the shipping charges to return them to the manufacturer.
