I purchased my home newly built and Fintronx was subcontracted by [redacted] Builders to install my media system. Under a year, the system stopped working. Several attempts were made to contact the company's representative [redacted] in February 2016 to no avail. I finally received a call back from him mid-March. I explained to him that the wall control panel was not working and he said that he would order me another, it would take a couple weeks. April 2016 came and after several attempts once again, I received a call back from [redacted] telling me that the units were stuck at customs, it would take a couple more weeks for them to be delivered. May 2016 came along, after several attempts, I received an email from [redacted] telling me he spoke to the vendor and they will not have the units available until August 2016. This lead me to believe he was not being truthful on the other occasions. Now it is August 30th and after several weeks of trying to reach [redacted] even calling Fixtronx head office to voice my concerns, I received a text from [redacted] telling me that the units still didn't not ship from China, he would let me know when he receives them. This issue has been going on for over 6 months now. I can not believe a wall unit will take over 6 months to receive. In addition the lack of communication on the matter is very unprofessional. I never interacted with a company that I had to constantly call for weeks to get someone. I don't have what I paid for and don't know if I ever will.
