Review: We tried to resolve the issue but John F[redacted]/FinTel wouldn't even speak to us unless we pay our remainder balance.- FinTel failed to provide the QR Code services they promised us (deliverables per written agreement)- When we tried to communicate with them to get the QR Code software working correctly, they continued to make the same mistake and producing web services in a very poor quality. - Our logos are not placed correctly even after several iterations- Web front page has been off-centered, and somehow FinTel cannot adjust that- Instead of fixing the issue, FinTel ended up disconnecting the QR Code software that's connected to our website, therefore putting our business reputation in jeopardy, since the QR codes are linked to our site, and accessible by our clients. - They billed us incorrectly, overcharging us by over $3,000.Desired Settlement: $2,400
