On Decemeber 18, 2019, I went to this electronic store to have the back camera on my iPhone X repaired.
I was told it would be ready at a certain time and it wasn't. When I went to get it I still had to wait 1hr and 30min to get it back just to find out my front Camera didn't work. The tech tried to clean it and it didn't work. I was told they will see if they can get it from a another phone.

It is February 10, 2020 and a "Part arrived for the front camera and the camera never worked". The manager was there and said this is like Surgery... some repairs go great and others don't. The Managers name is ***. I stressed on how this surgery has cost me a new phone of $750 when all I came for was for a rear camera repair. He did offer me a store credit of $150 which is not even close to the purchase of a new phone and the damage that was done at his shop. I also found out my sensor doesn't work on the phone anymore.

The manager ***, had agreed on Monetary compensation for the damages and the loss I took after going to his shop. I texted him to the number I was given 3 different occasions and now he said... I spoke to my lawyer, stop Harassing me.

I paid for the service... it was never free. I paid to get my phone repaired and received it with a none working front camera and none working sensor and none working face recognition which is a feature I paid for when I got my phone.
