My company spent $5,998.30 on purchasing Infrared Sauna Heaters, but since the purchase we have not been able to obtain items excluded from the shipment (I was told that the items were on back order), but neither GGordon known at "Gordon" nor Andrew White, his backup, were able to get the items and send them to me to complete our install. I had to originally called numerous times to get the initial heater shipment and then since November 2023 I have contacted the company via phone, company chat and email more than a dozen times and am unable to receive an explanation or return call. This is frustrating, especially when I have to chase them down for the status. I WOULD NOT advise purchasing from Finnmark EVER!

I recently ordered a sauna from this company and we ran into several issues when trying to assemble it - see below.

Sauna base - once we put in all the pieces and were trying to slip the front panel under the left side we noticed a screw in the left bottom that was all chewed up. We removed it and then proceeded to screw in the new screw to hold the pieces together. We were able to get it in to a point and then it would not tighten any further, I guess the screw that was in there must have stripped the hole. It looks like this was returned, otherwise why would this screw even be in there? As we were removing the screw we could not get to tighten we had to use pliers to get it out and unfortunately the base was damaged in that area.

Also on the base there is a spot that has wood putty in it which is not acceptable. I do not know if that is a good idea once this heats up who knows what that is going to gas off.

We also had a hard time aligning the holes of the right and the front door panel. As we took the door panel off and lifted the right panel we found this little screw boaring on the base. It was not there before so it must have fallen out of one of the pieces. Once we moved this screw off the base the right side was aligned but we could not get the bottom screw to tighten all the way. The hole must be stripped.

The bottom left side of the front panel is also messed up and is splitting. Since this piece is skinny, I am not sure it is safe for the heavy glass to be secured to the spa in this state.

I have tried several times to contact the company and told them to either COMPLETELY replace this or give me a refund in full and take this defective product back. And, of course, I have gotten nothing but run-around since. They want to try to put band-aids on this instead which is totally unacceptable especially considering I paid $4,000!

DON'T DO IT! I would leave a ZERO star rating for this company. Customer service is non-existent. We were recommended by the Infrared Sauna Foundation to check this company out thinking we were getting a legit recommendation. Sales is one person. I was told there was a delay in shipment and to look out for a purchase order by a certain date after a delay. Certain date came and went and we never heard from the company again. We canceled our order and did not hear from sales rep. Opened an account to purchase the sauna and almost one month later, funds for sauna is still on current credit account. BEWARE OF SCAM!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
