I called with woefully inadequate information about the problem I was having. Mr. [redacted] came out promptly, assessed the problem in full, and was very patient in explaining every part of what needed to be done to resolve it. He even had to repair part of my floor before he could place a new toilet down in my bathroom, which was really going above and beyond. I cannot recommend him and his services more highly.
